I did the quest and made a mistake and chose the necro whisper hero. Do I have to wait all the way until endgame to be able to get magrid in my team?

Yeah, if you pick Master Whisper as your hero, then you have to wait till the end game for Margrid. At the end game area after the last boss, keep an eye out for those heroes that you missed the 1st time, they will have a quest icon "!" on them. Get those quests, finish the quests and those missing heores will join you.

Well as long as you didn't complete the quest after the choice, you can just abandon it and choose again. Otherwise you'll have to wait until the end.

Bummer! Well at least a person can get all the heros they missed during the game and won't miss out on anything. Gawd i'm addicted to this game again! Just started playing nightfall after taking sometime off and all I can say is wow...another great game by Anet. Can't wait for Eye of the North.

I have almost all of them. Razah is currently the last one on my list to get. Not sure when I'm going to get him.

Same here on the heroes, and if you plan on getting Razah, wait until Anet revises the quest so you don't need gems to get in.
